Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern your use of our website and visa processing services — please read before submitting an application.

Last updated: September 2026
By submitting a passport, application, payment, or any supporting document to us through this site, WhatsApp, email, or in person, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If any part of this agreement is unacceptable to you, please contact us before proceeding, as continued use of our services signifies acceptance.
1

The Nature of Our Service

Hadaf Al Muteena Travel And Tourism LLC acts as a facilitator between you and the relevant UAE immigration authorities. We prepare and submit visa applications on your behalf, but we do not issue visas ourselves and hold no authority over an embassy's or immigration department's final decision. Approval, rejection, and the timing of that decision rest entirely with the relevant government authority.

2

Processing Times

Our standard visa applications are typically processed within 1–2 working days of successful document submission and payment. This is an estimate based on current immigration department timelines, not a guaranteed delivery window. Processing begins on the next working day following complete submission of your documents and cleared payment.

Government processing volumes, public holidays, incomplete documentation, or additional verification requests from the immigration authority can extend this timeline. We are not liable for delays that originate outside our office.

3

Fees, Refunds & Cancellations

Once your application fee has been submitted to the immigration authority, it becomes non-refundable. This applies regardless of the outcome — including rejection, delay, or a change in your travel plans. We are not able to reverse a fee that has already left our office and entered government processing.

If your visa is rejected, we will pass along the reason provided by the immigration authority where one is given. A rejection is not, by itself, grounds for a refund, as the service we provide — preparing and submitting your application — has already been completed.

If you wish to cancel before your documents have been submitted to the authority, contact us immediately. Once submission has occurred, cancellation is no longer possible and standard fee terms apply.

4

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment through the following methods:

  • Credit and debit card
  • PayPal
  • Direct bank transfer
  • Mamo Pay

Card and digital payments are charged at the time of order verification. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and for any bank or currency-conversion charges applied by your card issuer or payment provider. Prices, fees, and accepted payment options may be revised at any time to reflect changes from immigration authorities or payment partners.

5

Accuracy of the Information You Provide

You are responsible for the accuracy of every detail submitted with your application — including passport data, personal details, and supporting documents. We review submissions for completeness before forwarding them, but we do not independently verify facts you provide. Errors originating from information you supplied are your responsibility; we do not charge a separate fee to correct these, but repeated resubmission may affect processing time.

6

Delivery of Approved Visas

Once your visa has been approved, we will send the confirmed document to you by email and WhatsApp, using the contact details you provided at the time of application. Please check that the email address and phone number on your application are correct, as we are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect contact information.

7

Service Descriptions & Website Content

We aim to keep visa categories, prices, and processing estimates on our website current, but immigration rules and fees can change without notice from the relevant authority. Where our website has not yet been updated to reflect such a change, the current government requirement will govern your application, and we will inform you of the difference before proceeding.

8

Our Right to Decline or Pause a Service

We may decline to process an application, or pause work on one already underway, where documentation is incomplete, where we have reasonable doubts about its authenticity, where there is insufficient time to meet a requested deadline, or where unusual circumstances make processing impractical. We will notify you promptly if this happens.

9

Communication With You

By using our services, you agree that we may contact you by email, WhatsApp, SMS, or phone regarding your application, including for document requests, status updates, and payment confirmations. This may also include occasional updates about new visa or tour services we offer. You may ask us to stop marketing messages at any time while still receiving essential application updates.

10

Account & Document Security

If you create a login or account with us, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access. We take reasonable steps to protect documents you share with us, and our handling of your personal data is further described in our Privacy Policy.

11

Limitation of Liability

Our service consists of preparing and submitting your application accurately and on time. We are not liable for losses connected to a visa being delayed, rejected, or approved later than expected, since these outcomes are determined by the immigration authority and not by us. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any application is limited to the service fee you paid us for that application.

Our website and its content are provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted access or complete accuracy. We are not responsible for losses arising from technical outages, third-party payment processing issues, or content errors that are corrected promptly once identified.

12

Indemnity

You agree to cover any claim, cost, or liability we reasonably incur as a result of your breach of these Terms, misuse of our website, or submission of false or fraudulent information — including reasonable legal costs.

13

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in immigration regulations. The version published on our website at the time you submit an application is the version that applies to that application. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

14

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or end your access to our website or services at our discretion, including where these Terms have been breached. This does not affect fees already properly charged for work completed up to that point.

15

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
